Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchange Option
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund depending on your preference.
